Donna Urrabazo, COTA
Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant
Donna Urrabazo is a certified occupational therapy assistant who has been treating at Idaho Therapy Source since 2011. She and her husband have two children and they actively participate at their church as youth pastors. Prior to this, Donna was a children’s ministry teacher and has worked with children in some capacity over the past 20 years. In addition to her degree as an occupational therapy assistant, she completed her Bachelor’s degree in psychology and Christian counseling and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in occupational therapy.
Donna enjoys spending time with her family hiking, fishing, and camping, and she LOVES animals. She also participates in an annual four-half marathon run fundraiser that supports orphanages in India which provides shelter, food, clothing, and medical care for children with HIV/AIDS.
